Recessed edge flush of the top or wire above the top

Foster's Flush-mount installation edge allows the product to be installed either flush with the worktop or on top of it. The Flush-mount (FT, for Filotop in Italian) edge is designed for installation into a recess on the countertop, which allows the appliance to be perfectly flush with the worktop. Foster has designed the whole range of sinks, bowls and hobs with Flush-mount edge in order to always guarantee the possibility of installation on top of the worktop (thus avoiding the need to make the recess on it). This engineering trick allows even greater convenience and ease of installation. In the case of induction hobs, Foster offers two different finishes of the glass for flush-mount installation: bevelled or vertical.

This choice avoids having to make the recess in the worktop and thanks to the minimum thickness of 1mm, the surfaces will be almost completely integrated.
