FOSTER PRODUCTS ON STAGE AT THE "CENTRE DEL CARME CULTURA CONTEMPORANEA” IN VALENCIA.

With its products displayed in the kitchen of the future, Foster is among the companies participating in the "Scenarios of a near future" project.

The Project

The Project
The new lifestyle trends manifested during the Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent more restrictive lockdowns have led design and architecture professionals to explore the changes that will take place in our homes in the coming years.

“Scenarios of a near future” therefore explores the changes that the domestic environment could undergo in the coming years, alternating furniture and lighting, as well as domestic scenes that focus on specific parts of the house.

This exhibition therefore seeks to reflect the changes in lifestyle we see today, given contemporary social, technological and sustainability realities.

Foster and The Big Bang Kitchen

Foster and The Big Bang Kitchen
In a society where lifestyles are increasingly oriented towards flexibility, multifunctionality, nomadism, modularity and sustainability, even spaces, furnishings, lights and equipment need to be rethought.
An example is the Big Bang Kitchen, in which some of the Foster products have been inserted.

Big Bang Kitchen is a functional kitchen that can be adapted to any type of user, for those who cook a lot and for those who don't cook at all.
Designed by the Cierto Estudio architecture studio in Barcelona, this kitchen is made up of three elements: a large table, fixed totems and low multifunctional modules.
Depending on how the elements are displayed, it is possible to obtain different scenarios: from a studio or living room, to different layouts according to the type of social gathering.

The Exhibition

The exhibition curated by Tachy Mora, famous journalist specializing in design, includes furniture and lighting that explore the changes that will occur in the near future.
These imaginary domestic scenes can be visited until March 19, 2023 at the CCCC Center del Carme Contemporary Culture in Valencia.
