New this year, the
S1000 induction hob consists of three cooking zones: two with a diameter of 145 mm (the upper left and right respectively) and one with a diameter of 240 mm (lower left).
Thanks to its
Power Control feature, this induction hob can also be used with a 3Kw power supply. In fact, it is possible to modify the maximum absorption of the hob from a minimum of 2.8 Kw to full power absorption.
Always with the aim of guaranteeing an efficient use of energy, the hob is equipped with the
Pot Detector function, which not only recognises the presence of the pan, but also calculates the surface on which it rests; and the
Powerboost function, which increases the power of the selected plate. Specifically, when the Booster is activated, the hotplate will run at very high power for ten minutes to allow, for example, large quantities of water to be heated quickly.
Finally, depending on the temperature reached by the hob, thanks to the
Smart Fan System function, the ventilation is automatically adjusted to ensure correct ventilation and optimal operation of the induction hob.
